After a busy weekend of teaching, I decided to take myself on a date to Trader Joe’s to get food for the week and to do some cooking, my form of Sunday night yoga. I wanted to make something that was quick, easy and required minimal clean-up. So…I decided to make some homemade pizza!
I got the dough pre-made at Traders (spinach and garlic) and got creative with my toppings. Here’s how everything came together for a very filling and yummy dinner and a great Monday lunch π

Instructions:

2. Spread dough on baking pan and place a tablespoon of olive oil on the dough.
